In summer sports camps, players choose a specific sport, in which they then intensively train with professionals. In our sports camps, each player will receive in-depth preparation for future sports challenges. Players also have after-sport activities, including adventurous excursions around the area of each camp. It is our goal that players create a long list of memories that proliferate warm thoughts during winter for many years to come!
Players will go through an integrated combination of very intensive training, games, competitions, and workshops. They work on their form through the combination of coaching, skill challenges, and friendly games. As an example, some of the technical elements addressed at the Soccer Camps are receiving and turning skills, traveling with the ball, passing the ball over varying distances, and developing aerial ability.
Nowadays, the physical demands of modern sports at a professional level are extremely high. That is why professional trainers at camps pay special attention to developing physical agility, balance, coordination, speed endurance, flexibility, power, and physical resilience among players. Most importantly, trainers focus on the proper muscle recovery of every participant. They also introduce players to healthy nutrition and lifestyles.
Another critical part of every player’s development is their ability to apply new skills and techniques in their game with confidence. That is why camp professionals will enforce psychological skills and techniques such as confidence, creativity, concentration, communication, control, and commitment.
Joining a camp in another country with a lot of other like-minded young people is a great opportunity to get involved in social interaction, cultivate teamwork and relationships, and mature self-reflection, responsibility, and independence. For those who have never had the chance to encounter staying in a new and unfamiliar place on their own, our sports camps will definitely be a challenging confidence booster. Playing in a team in a competition and with a common goal will enhance trust in a community. Additionally, the building of self-esteem is one of the most important benefits of our sports camps. By enjoying the win and lamenting the loss of each match, students share a better bond with buddies and, most importantly, leave the camp with a greater understanding of themselves as friends and players.

Note: There are no special requirements for the enrollment other than age, which differs between each camp.
